As you reach your goals, set new ones. Never be content and settle for less than what you are capable of! 4. Write A Business Plan Create a powerful business plan that will organize your strategies. This plan will be the blueprint to your success. The business plan should include prospecting, listing strategies, prospect follow up techniques, networking ideas, and ways to boost customer loyalty. 5. Don't Quit To be a successful seaside real estate agent, you have to have a no quit attitude. When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he failed over 10,000 times before he got it right.
